This group project worked on patient outcome management and quality improvement. In the project, we use methods to analyze medication errors in healthcare and develop appropriate solutions. Methods are being used including a flow diagram, fishbone diagram, Pareto chart, and decision matrix.

This group project focuses on handling staffing shortages from the previous five years and the pandemic in order to foster a culture of safety. For risk mitigation, two strategies that adhere to National Patient Safety Goals (NPSG) will be provided. This project will help with its objectives of improving patient outcomes and preserving staff retention.
